How do I make a warranty claim?
Reply to your registration email (or write to hello@deckdwell.com) with your Amazon order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace or refund it.
What is product testing?
Before we launch something new, we send free samples to a small group of registered players. Testers keep the product and tell us honestly what works and what does not, by email.
Do I need my order number?
It is optional now, but it makes warranty claims faster. You can find it in Your Orders on Amazon.
