What we collect
Email address — only if you subscribe or register a product. We use it to send our newsletter and offers. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland first get a confirmation email (double opt-in); we only send newsletters after you confirm, and we keep the date of your sign-up and confirmation as a record of your consent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Click counts — when you click “Buy on Amazon” we record which product, which page or channel sent you, and a daily-rotating anonymous ID. We do not store your IP address.
Your traffic source — we store which site sent you (for example YouTube) in your browser for up to 30 days, so purchases can be credited to the right channel.
Which Amazon store you see
To send you to the right Amazon store (for example Amazon.de in Germany), our server looks up your country from your IP address using a database stored on our own server (DB-IP). Your IP address is not sent to anyone and is not stored; we only keep the country alongside our click counts. If you pick a store yourself, we remember that choice in a cookie for one year.
Amazon
Purchases happen on Amazon. Amazon’s privacy notice applies there. Our links carry Amazon Attribution parameters so we can see, in aggregate, which channels lead to sales. We never receive your Amazon account or payment details.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Our email provider processes addresses on our behalf.
Your choices
Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or contact us to delete your data.
